P and I walked by a store in Vienna today that had things for children's rooms with animal themes -- there were clocks, growth charts, mirrors, clothing hooks, etc. with cartoon elephants, pigs, dogs, bears, etc. I was surprised when we both stopped to look in. He suggested buying a growth chart for our first child, then realized it would be metric, then suggested a name plate, then realized we didn't have a name. We may go back and pick up a picture frame. It's nice to be looking forward, even if I am still not feeling too optimistic re this cycle.
